Then this is the program for you!!
Common Problems:
- Pain which limits endurance and mileage
- Inefficient form
- Poor eating habits to support new exercise program
- Difficulty with breathe control
- Poor shoe selection
- Poor training technique
- Running does not have to be painful or hard.
Absolute Performance Therapy is hosting a free program for runners— both experienced and new, parents, coaches and anyone interested in learning how to improve form, run faster, and feel better.
Discussion will include:
- Biomechanics of running and how to improve form
- Causes of common running injuries
- Why core is critical to breath support and running form
- The importance of proper shoes both for sport and work
- Training principles…how to get more out of doing less
- How to decrease breathlessness when running
- What can weight lifting do to improve endurance
- How diet affects energy level and endurance
